I always thought of heartbeat as a way of keeping various clustered systems alive. But since a few days I actually realized that I also have a heartbeat that keeps me alive. Not that it never occured to me before, but since my heartbeat begins to act funky it starts to get a bit scary. I know how to debug and control cluster heartbeats and any other technical heartbeats, but I don’t know how to debug or control my own..
Will have to ask the experts (a.k.a. in this case home doctor) to make a heartbeat dump… and analyze it. Hopefully nothing bad.
